  • When can I book?

    We suggest the earlier the better even if it’s months away so that your date is secured.

  • Do you deliver?

    We don’t deliver, all our cakes must be picked up and we provide the pick up address upon booking confirmation.

  • How payment works?

    We require a $50 deposit to confirm your booking. The rest of the payment is required one week prior to pickup. Bookings made within the week of pickup will require full payment.

  • What flavours available?

  • What are your pricing?

  • How do I pay for my order?

    We only accept payments via online bank transfer. We do not accept credit card payments.

  • Do you make fondant cakes?

    We specialise in swiss meringue buttercream cakes however we do make fondant elements as part of decorations of the cake.

  • Do you make custom shapes?

    We only make round cakes and number cakes at this stage.

  • Do you make eggless cakes?

    No, we don’t make eggless cakes.

Terms and conditions
  1. Cancellations made one month prior to pick up date will get 50% of the deposit. Cancellations made less than a month prior to pick up date will not get a refund due to buying ingredients, securing your booking date and for potentially turning down another client / orders.

  2. Once orders have been collected the client takes full responsibility of the cake or cupcakes. No refunds will be given to damages that occur to the cake once collected.

  3. Collection times are between 9:00am - 10:00am unless agreed otherwise.

  4. Please be informed that our cakes contain common allergens and may contain traces of nuts.

  5. Please note that any price quote given is valid for 30 days only.
